Snow is headed our way…..

again. Maybe for the last time this season. There is probably a long line at the grocery store already. And most of the bread and milk will be gone.

If you are lucky and don’t have to be anywhere tomorrow, make sure you get outside and enjoy the beauty of a fresh fallen snow. Get the kids and make a snowman. Have fun!  But….if you do have to drive. Be safe! Slow down! Be courteous!

A reminder for the Benton Borough residents, please make sure you get your cars off the streets so they can be properly plowed. Sidewalks need to be cleared and kept safe for all who may be out walking. Check on your neighbor, if they need help getting their walks shoveled, please lend a hand. I’m sure it will be appreciated.

Attention Benton Borough Landlords…..

That time of year is here again and your annual Landlord Tenant Forms are once again due. Copies of these forms are normally sent out with the Spring Tax mailing. However, the forms are available on this page for download, so you don’t have to wait. Please update all of your information even if you have just recently filled out a form for a new tenant. Be sure to answer all the questions, and be sure to have mailing addresses for your tenants. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact my office at 570-925-6602. Thank you!

Snow is headed our way….

Friday night we are supposed to get another dose of the white stuff! They are calling for 3 – 6 inches in our area. Remember cars must be moved off the streets for plowing. And sidewalks must be cleared of snow! This keeps everyone safe. Thanks in advance for your cooperation!
